WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

Follow these steps!

Each of the trainers at Chaillet’s Private Fitness works independently and not an employee of Chaillet’s Private Fitness. Rather they own their own businesses and have access to Chaillet’s amazing equipment and facility for their clients’ training.

Each trainer has his or her own fee structure, method, and procedure. Each will generally follow these steps:

Session 1: Sign-up, Introduction and Assessments

During the first session, you and your trainer will discuss your goals, assess your lifestyle, medical history and current physical condition. Your fitness assessment will include a fitness test, measurements, blood pressure and dietary assessment. 

Session 2: Program Review and Workout

Based on the results of your first session, your trainer will review your custom exercise program with you before hitting the floor for an invigorating workout tailored just for you.

Session 3 through end of training package purchased:

Your trainer will continue to adjust your program according to your advancements always striving toward attaining the improvements necessary to reach your goals.

What Should I Bring?

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
  • Water bottle
  • A great attitude ready to be challenged and motivated while having lots of fun!
